Went to see a band at the OVO.
Liked: Breakfast, location, hospitality.

Excellent venue, just bring a cushion with you.
Liked: Getting in was very well organised, as was getting to our seat. The people helping us were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The seats are rock hard, very uncomfortable.

The venue was clean and the venue was modern and well set out. The staff were friendly, helpful and informed. Myself and my husband felt very safe at the concert. Great venue - definitely coming back to see other gigs.

Loved the concept of getting a £1 back for your plastic drinking mug! Encouraged folks to gather them up at the end of the night.
