Overall, an excellent evening out.
Liked: The play was excellently performed and the seats were great. Perfect view of the stage.
Disliked: Sound was not as good as it should have been. Difficult to hear the words for many of the songs.
Matt, Waite park
I love the Orpheum Theatre. If I could, I would go once a month to see shows.
Liked: The staging, the voices, the atmosphere. Loved everything.
Disliked: Annoying people behind us who hummed. They hummed the whole time and not even in tune.
Jeanne L, Becker
Getting into the venue - we had to shut off our phones and put them into a sealed pouch and we had to go through a wand, pat down. Then to get out of the theatre, we had to find someone to unlock our pouch before we could leave. You can imagine the lines getting in and then to get out!
Liked: The company we were with.
Disliked: Getting into the theatre; the seats were small, like airplane knee space; no restrooms up towards the top floor.
Elizabeth, Ironwood
Liked: Great staff.
Disliked: None.
Heather, Rochester
Staff was great but venue too small.
Liked: Music.
Disliked: No air flow. Husband actually passed out!
Kristina M, Ham Lake
Beautiful theatre. Wonderful show. Had such a wonderful time!

We came to see Dirty Dancing. The staff appeared bitter and unhappy. They did not want to be working and were not helpful. I have been to several performances at the State Theatre and never had this type of experience. It didn't ruin the show, but it did put a dampener on the evening.
Liked: Beautiful, historic theatre. Great show.
Disliked: Staff were rude and just seemed unhappy.
Louise J, Bemidji
Exceeded my expectations - very satisfied with the theatre.
Liked: Great theatre; comfortable seats; good view of the stage.
Jordan W, Glenville
This places looks small from the outside, but is very spacious. Nice size for a more close up experience - not a bad seat to be found!
Liked: Great small venue.
Jennifer O, Wisconsin
A gem that surprised me. From the front it looks unassuming and small, but when you go in it is beautiful and so much bigger than expected. Lovely decor. Friendly staff/volunteers.
Liked: Beautiful; comfortable; great view from most seats.
