Liked: The best part was the artists, of course.
Disliked: The seats in the amphitheater were too small, like airplane seats are too small.

Everyone at the venue was nice and helpful. The view was great! There were a lot of choices for food and drink. The prices were very comparable with other venues!
Liked: The staff and food.
Disliked: Nothing.

R Kelly concert.
Liked: Concert.
Disliked: Nothing.
Greg, Saltillo
Liked: Once you get inside the venue everything runs smoothly and you really can't get a bad seat in the amphitheater.
Disliked: The parking lot is terribly designed - only one entrance and exit and the line to get in before the show was terrible. I've been to concerts all over the country and this is the worst I've seen.

My daughter went to the 5 Seconds of Summer concert and absolutely loved it!
Liked: The entire experience.
Disliked: No.

Expensive drinks - but you should expect that, I think. Going VIP is the way to do it if you can, even once, just to get that experience. We actually chatted a second with Hunter Hayes when he was walking his greyhound! Truly an incredible night that we will always remember!
Liked: Everything else! Amazing staff, who would have done anything to help, but were limited by what they could offer my mom. So they helped her rest in between, which made it possible for her to really enjoy the night.
Disliked: My mom has some serious trouble walking, and only wish there was an available service to get those guests in need of assistance from one area to another. It was an excruciating hike to the pre-flight lounge and back.

Loved it. Staff was friendly.
Martin, Huntsville
Nice atmosphere and sound. They get some great acts. Lousy access and parking. It IS free parking, unless you buy a $15 margarita.
Liked: Not a bad seat in the house.
Disliked: Parking; drink prices.
Lisa L, Decatur
I always have enjoyed concerts here. Alabama summers are hot though and there is no breeze due to the bowl layout and surrounding trees so be prepared to sweat!
Liked: Beautiful surroundings; great acoustics; walking trail to access the venue from town.
Stephanie, Tuscaloosa
Liked: Nice sound.
Disliked: Not enough gates open for people to walk from the parking lot to the concert; traffic hard to get in and out before and after the event.
