First time at the Ritz O2 to see a band. First off the security were really friendly which is nice. The ticket guy was lovely. The young lads behind the bar upstairs were really nice and gave great service. Great venue. Great staff. Really impressed with the venue. I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a safe and friendly experience which in the current climate is hard to find. You guys tick all the boxes. Cheers.
Liked: Nice staff. Felt safe.
Disliked: Nothing.

Went to see Mark Lanegan with my partner. Absolutely excellent as always although I was not keen on the support artists. Very reasonably priced drinks at the bar; smoking area; plenty of toilets; security staff were amazing. Wonderful surprise to see 'Hooky' play with Mark and the band at the end. Very poignant.
Liked: Excellent security; all staff professional yet friendly.
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning - attended on a ridiculously hot night!

Amazing; loved the Good Charlotte gig; one of my favourite venues but it was exceptionally hot - be warned.
Liked: Amazing venue; brilliant view.
Disliked: It was too hot - needs some ventilation or air conditioning.
Steve & Magdalena, Crewe
I loved it. Took my partner Magdalena to see a Polish band called Perfect - we had a great time and the venue is awesome. Let's hope the Ritz never closes. We will certainly watch the venue listings and visit you again. Cheers !
Liked: All staff and security were very calm, helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: We can't think of one.

Saw Boy George at the Ritz - had a great night. Wonderful atmosphere; friendly staff - very helpful telling us where things were as it was our first visit. Would definitely go again.
Liked: Good atmosphere; staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Beer a bit expensive.

Good venue, well placed for loads of accommodation. Brilliant Eric Church concert! No queues for drinks, toilets etc. Would book a Ritz venue again.
Liked: Good intimate venue.
Disliked: Had to queue for tickets BUT well managed queue.
Mark, Eccles
Went to the Ritz last night to see Skin and Little Angels. Bands were excellent but the venue is too small for rock bands the acoustics are nowhere near as good as the Apollo. Went to the bar and bought a pint of lager, 1/2 lager and lime and a double vodka and coke it came to £15.55. While I expected it to be dearer than a pub I didn't expect to be ripped off. Would not go to see a rock band there again.
Liked: Bands were excellent.
Disliked: Too small.
