Rag N Bone man was amazing but the experience was very stressful for myself and my sister and did not make the experience very enjoyable. It was our first time in Birmingham as well. Also we had to leave early as we were afraid of her getting pushed on exit. Could not get past all the people standing at the back of the seating and also there were all cups, glasses thrown on the floor and my sister was so frightened of falling.
Liked: Some of the staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: Doors were supposed to open early for disabled but didn't open until gone 7; my sister was on crutches and we were told that early access would be accessible to get good seats but in the end she had to go up and down the steps which she found very difficult. They just dismissed the fact that she could not do it even though there were seats available which meant that she would not have to go up and down the steps. She could not get up and down in the seat when people wanted to go past and hence she was in a lot of pain the whole event.

Very disappointed. Attended Kacey Musgraves gig - the heat in the venue was too much. People made their way into the foyer to get some air - so many feeling faint. Very kind security man was bringing us water. We saw a few leaving because of the heat in that room. God help anyone in there if there was ever a fire - we were squashed in like sardines. Never ever going back again.
Disliked: Desperately needs air conditioning.

Ideal location for a concert. Small layout was more personal. No long wait for the bar and great acoustics. Cloakroom available. No food in the venue of any kind (only downside). Takeaway nearby though which was adequate.
Liked: Great layout; great atmosphere.
Disliked: No food.

Liked: Good atmosphere and the sound was very good. Great for the smaller bands.
Disliked: Drinks are very expensive and not a great view if you're short like me.
