We were at the venue for my daughter's first concert. As she was under 14 we had been in touch with them via phone and email as per their website, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Staff on the night were also fab.

Left out in the pouring rain for over an hour. Staff not very organised. Crowds were allowed to rush to the front of the stage and block the aisles - it made a mockery of paying extra for seats as we had to stand to be able to see anything. Wouldn't rush back to this venue.

Disliked: Poor organisation.

First gig at the ABC on Thursday 17th October 2013, seeing Volbeat. Good sized venue. Would definitely come again!

Liked: Good sized venue; easy to find; bar staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Couldn't find the ladies toilets.
