I had a great time. Seats were amazing; staff was pleasant; smoking area available. Will definitely go again.

My biggest concern was with parking. We almost missed our meet and greet because of trying to find somewhere to park.
Disliked: Parking was awful!

We waited in line outside for almost two hours before the show - it was not clearly marked you would need a wristband if you had tickets for floor seats. The signs were barely visible, even once you walked right up on them. Our show started at 7pm - 15 minutes before we were finally allowed into the arena!
Disliked: Too long waiting for doors to open to be seated.

I would come again and recommend to friends.

Disliked: Parking was a problem for the handicapped.

Concessions way over priced. What was equal to a can of soda in a cup was $5. You were not allowed to bring food to the wrestling event and it took too long to enter because they check any baggage for food. My little boy had to empty all the contents of his toy bag, just in case he had a snack that they could sell him for $10. Handicap restrooms were available. However, the doors could not accommodate regular sized wheelchairs and the stands did not have handicap access ramps. My wife was told to park her wheelchair on the floor to watch this wrestling event; which occurs on the floor! With the help of our friends, my wife hopped on one leg up the stairs and I carried the wheel chair so she could watch this event (12 hours each day for 2 days). We repeated this process when she had to go to the restroom or when we paid for overpriced food. If you think my statements are not accurate, put yourself in a wheelchair; try and cross the street (crosswalks are not wheelchair friendly either); try and enter the arena by yourself; try and watch an event or sit somewhere, and go the restroom. You might want to take out a small loan if you plan on eating there.
Disliked: Handicap INACCESSIBLE.
