We were seated in the upper level and we were squashed with no room to even stretch your legs and for people to move in and out of the row. The steepness of the rows is ridiculous and judging by the way some attendees were drinking and dancing it's an accident waiting to happen! The arena is expensive; beverages wine and cocktails which are not even good quality and tickets from $100. I would not recommend it to anyone and think what a shame - a new arena and it offers a miserable guest experience! I can only think it was greed on the part of the owners to seat as many as they could and they could have made it a wonderful time for everyone! Bring back the Palace, so many people miss it especially where we live Rochester and North of there.
Liked: The range of food items.
Disliked: Expensive; poor seating.

Paid a lot of money for tickets to see Lady Gaga and where our seats were we couldn't see ANYTHING because the scoreboard/speakers were in the way.
Liked: Great atmosphere.
Disliked: Terrible set up for concert viewing.

My 1st time and won't be my last!
Liked: The Eagles. Nuff said.
Disliked: No. Everyone was extremely friendly.
Colette, Lake Original
Liked: The new arena is very nice. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The 200 sections under the gondola, kind of odd to have that hovering over your head. Also, no leg room. For a new arena, they certainly didn't think about anyone over 5' to be able to sit comfortably without knees hitting the seat in front; no walking space for people with inside seats. Very uncomfortable!
