Venue was fine. Small yet good for a concert of that level.

Disliked: Water was brown in the restrooms.

l The only positive about this rink is that bathrooms were clean. No concession stand. Street parking (good luck) is scarce. Limited seating to watch games. For a city this size, they need to invest in...

l The First Arena in Elmira New York is a great place to see a hockey game or a concert. Parking is very convenient and close to the arena.
