The tickets were easy to purchase and the email with instructions were very clear and it made it easier on the day to plan. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The signs were easy to follow with stewards on hand to help. The show was fantastic, lighting and sound was perfect. Bar staff lovely and really friendly. Overall a fabulous night out all round. I will definitely be booking another event.

I was lucky enough to secure a ticket for the recent Stereophonics event at Leas Cliff Hall, and undertook the journey to LCH on a day off. I managed to also secure accomodation at the nearby Clifton Hotel to ensure I did not have to drive home afterwards. Although the arena does not generally cater for acts of this size, the night was one of the most memorable concerts I have ever attended - the size made it very intimate and felt like you were really part of the show. The acoustocs also helpoed this and the sound was great - although my ears were ringing for a full 24 hours after the event!!! The staff were very friendly - nothing lilke the normal monkeys you get manning the door - I was even allowed out to fetch my wallet which I had forgotten to take and was let back in with no problems. If only other large bands would play here and it was slightly closer to where I lived - I do not have enough holiday to attend as often as I would like!!
