I saw the Houston Symphony play The Music of Queen; the venue is always a good one; I enjoyed the sounds, symphony, and lightning, but the concert hall was a bit warm and the seats could be a little more comfy.

Liked: I enjoyed pretty much everything about Jones Hall.
Disliked: So many stairs, and it was pretty warm in the concert hall.

I came to see Sarah Chang as my first concert at Jones Hall, but it won't be my last. I was greeted by some of the most pleasant people when I arrived and the great attitude and attention continued through the evening. The concert itself was one I will remember for a long time. I can't wait to come back in November for Mozart's Requiem! Thanks for a memorable evening Jones Hall and Houston!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.

l The symphony is incredible and the guest violinist and conductor was wonderful—BUT we paid to see Itzhak Perlman and did not know he canceled the tour due to Covid. Shame on Jones Hall for not...

l Ok, our first time here. Great easy parking for $12.00. Jay Leno did almost a 2 hour standup routine which was well worth the money spent. We lucked out and got seats near the front and enjoyed...
