Other than the concert being cancellled, we did have a good time.

Liked: Free parking.
Disliked: Chaos on the lawn seating - seemed over capacity; nothing on website mentioning what you can bring in.

Saw Iron Maiden and Ghost. Both bands were in top form, and Ghost actually gave Maiden a run for their money.

Liked: Lines were organized; place was well taken care of.
Disliked: Cost of food and drinks was outrageous.

Isleta Amphitheater, is a nice small arena.

Liked: Good seating and sightlines.
Disliked: Behavior of fans - they would stand and hold up their cell phones and block the people behind them. They would be rude and lean over and talk to their friends during the concert constantly and further block my views. The food was acceptable but the prices were too high and it took too long to fill an order. Leaving the arena after the concert was over was horrible. Most of the walk uphill was on sand and stony areas, before you could reach a paved way to the parking lot. It took me close to an hour to get out of the parking lot as there was only one access road to leave the arena.

Love this venue. Have been several times, and will go back as much as possible. Sitting in the grass is great!

Liked: I love the Isleta Amphitheater - an outside venue with spectacular views. And of course, the music is the best part. Will go back every chance I get!
Disliked: The price of beverages - both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. We paid $60 for four lemonades and two beers.

I have heard that evening summer venues are great since the weather is cool and the place has enough seating. I experienced a day event which I had to attend with my daughter who is 15 and could not go in without a parent. I feel that if managers had more planning for events that take place during a hot summer day, the event would be more enjoyable. Definitely a larger shaded space would be great. As a parent, I was prepared to spend more money at the venue but felt sick due to not being able to protect myself from the sun and ended up not spending any.

Liked: Very spacious.
Disliked: No shade whatsoever during a hot summer day event. Reverse daycare establishment was very small, very dirty. Kids as well as adults were passing out from the heat.
