We saw Parkway Drive and we rocked our faces off! The venue is very small and we were so close to the stage. We had a great time and will go back for other shows, especially Parkway Drive!
Liked: The staff was very nice and very helpful. The VIP seating was impressive and affordable.
Disliked: The wait to get into the venue was long, but other than that it was great!

This won't be my last night to watch a band play - I just will have to pay a little extra for the chair.
Liked: The sound quality of the show was excellent; started show on time; staff was friendly.
Disliked: Nowhere to sit but understand why because they want you to pay extra for a chair.
Sandra, San Antonio
Liked: Awesome venue! Very intimate setting; loved every minute of the show (Machine Head).

We stayed in the balcony area and it was great. Excellent view, sound and a super concert. Well worth the drive here and the money.
Liked: Great concert - We Came As Romans. The first act was great too.

We went for the Yellowcard show. We paid for the VIP passes which took place 2 hours prior to the start of the show. Of course, standing was the only option. When purchasing the tickets they offered VIP and regular tickets. Well, after the meet and greet, we weren't able to sit in a chair on the second floor balcony because that was for VIP guests and had been specially paid for. We were standing for 6 hours behind this "VIP section" looking at empty seats and some seats appeared to be occupied by staff members. We spent $80 on dinner and $80 on tickets each - well I thought a seat was well deserved. I was also kind of yelled at for smoking 3 feet away from the ashtray. Server was great, concert was good. HOB Staff members need some improvement on customer service.
Liked: Food was good.
Disliked: Menu was very boring - not enough options. Staff seemed to be a little miserable.
