Bar service was terrible at both bars. We had to wait over 10 minutes each time to get served and when we did get served the server was " Snippy " at both bars. They need to hire more bartenders and to hire customer friendly bartenders. The beverage carts in the Casino area were seldom around making you have to go to the bar areas and wait over 10 minutes to be served each time. The escalator was out of service more than it was working properly. The large amount of floor work being done in the building made it feel like a construction site not to mention all the dust you had to breathe walking around the place. I will say that the rooms were clean. I would not recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway or even close to that. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. High priced for the service and accomodations you receive.
