Bought 2 General Admission tickets at $70 each for Warren Haynes Xmas Jam to see Joe Bonamassa. Well, Joe cancelled on the 4th December - VERY disappointing! We decided to go anyway. Got to the venue early to find our way around inside and get a seat. Unfortunately, by the time we got something to drink and tried to find 2 seats together, there were none except in the two reserved sections. Keep in mind that this was a General Admission only concert. I found an Axis Security person by the front door (we had given up and were leaving ) and asked if he could help us. After a while of my explaining to him there were no seats and that I couldn't stand for the 6-7 hour concert, he called another worker over and told him to find us seats. The worker was also unsuccessful and seated us in a reserved section, warning us that if the person with a reserved seat ticket showed up, we would have to move. It was a hassle every time we had to leave the seats and we couldn't enjoy the show for worrying about how long we would be able to sit down. We finally left the concert after about 3 hours. I have been to many General Admission concerts and have never encountered anything like this. It appears they oversold the show and if you didn't have friends to hold your seat the whole time, you were out of luck. Bad event planning.

TobyMac/Mandisa concert was amazing! Easy access to the Center from the Holiday Inn.
Liked: Great place!
Disliked: The only negative was that the steps need to have better lighting.

Nearby parking all within walking distance. We had general admission tickets to Warren Haynes Christmas Jam and loved the fact we could sit or go to the floor and dance.
Liked: Not a bad seat in the stadium.
