Overall a nice venue for events.

Liked: Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Food and drink prices excessively high.

We arrived early and parked in handicap on the east side but had to go to the northwest side box office to get our materials. We also had to exit that door. Not convenient to have handicap parking if you can't enter or exit. On the other hand, the onsite restaurant was excellent - both staff and food.

Liked: Nice restaurant.
Disliked: No entrance or exit by handicapped parking east.

We went to see Chris Tomlin in concert and the ticket was worth price. We had a very enjoyable evening. Now, the Civic Center is another story. It seems like it needs a major overhaul from the outside and inside considering it's located in Tallahassee, the capital of Florida.
