I swore I would never go back to the Culture Room because of how crowded it is, that was 10 years ago and apparently I had forgotten. If you like to stand for two or three hours and not be able to move your elbows you would love this place.

Liked: They were nice people there.
Disliked: The bathrooms were at the front right - there is no way to get to them because of how crowded the Culture Room gets.

We saw Eric Johnson. Stood on side of stage so we had a unique vantage point. Really great performance and sound quality.

Liked: Intimate venue - close to performer.
Disliked: Smoke.

It's small but great views from all over the interior, a balcony with a bar provides a perfect spot to watch. Been there a couple times each time with amazing metal bands, their lineups vary greatly in music genre. Also lots of places to stay around this venue

Liked: not a bad spot in the house
Disliked: slightly small
