We arrived 30 minutes early to pick up our tickets at will call. There were no designated windows for will call, and it took 40 minutes (waiting outdoors in wintry mix) to get through the line and get our tickets. Our seats were on the floor, but since the concert had already started the floor was completely dark and it took another 10 minutes or so to be shown our seats. Thus we missed the first four songs or so. This was the poorest experience I've had at any music or sports venue for many years.
Liked: The show - Bob Dylan and his band were terrific.
Disliked: The pre-show experience.
