Have visited Coushatta Casino numerous times - enjoy playing the slots and the hotels are very nice. Customer service is outstanding.

I have waited to come to this casino for 12 years; we came on a tour bus Saturday, 3/3; waited in line to get play cards for 40 minutes; the casino was extremely crowded, it was extremely warm and smoke filled the areas. We decided to get something to eat at Gumbeaux's since all the eateries had 12+ people waiting in line; we joined a stranger since tables were limited and he did not mind sharing the table with us; it took the waitress some 20 minutes to take our order and 50 minutes to get two cups of watered down gumbo. The man we were sharing the table with walked out and five minutes later the waitress came with our tab. We noticed that even though we said these were two different tabs she charged his drinks on our tab. We asked for the manager and she said his charges would be taken off with was $31; our charges were $28 plus $2 charge. I checked my bank account today and $28 and $30 charges are shown for a total of $58. I left several messages and Monday I received a call back. It is not likely that I will return.
