The staff seems very "I don't care" about everything. I was very taken a back when they charged for a 5.00 minor fee. Nowhere on the website when I bought the VIP ticket did it say there was an additional charge or that the venue might charge a fee - it seems shady.

Liked: The performance.
Disliked: The staff allowed people to punch off the balcony into the crowd.
