Didn't get a chance to check out arena has we had to waste 30 minutes going to store purses off site. On returning the line up was so long to get in the starting lineups were being announced. Is there really only one entrance to the building?

Liked: The team we want to see play the Krajen won.
Disliked: Unaware of size restriction on purse. Had to hoof it 2 blocks to pay $8 to store at a hotel we weren't even staying at. And wait in line to do so.

Great venue for seeing a concert. Sound was incredible. Seats were comfortable.

Liked: Band was excellent. Seats were comfortable.
Disliked: Woman behind us was singing louder than the band.

The arena itself is very modern and beautiful. The recent renovations were impressive. Sound quality for a concert was good (OK). Vendor pricing for drinks was ridiculous and not a big selection for food and snacks. The popcorn was prepackaged, and I asked the girl working there if there was butter on the popcorn (allergy) and she did not know and did not offer to find out. So no snacks for me.

Liked: Beautiful modern inside which was clean. Staff working were friendly and polite. We attended a rock concert and sound quality was OK.
Disliked: Sky high pricing and lack of choices. An alcoholic beverage was $16.99 US which was $24 Canadian. Food prices were high - a burger around $20, so $30 Cdn. Eat before you go. Snack selection is poor - basically pretzels and popcorn. My bottled water was $10 cdn.

Was there for Women of Faith and really appreciated that almost all the men's rooms were converted to women's for this event. Pretty cool. All the systems worked well and the venue was perfect for the event.

Liked: Clean, easy to navigate, well equipped.
