Drove 2 and a half hours to park and be notified shortly after that concert was cancelled due to production limitations. They promised and couldn't deliver. So I wasted gas and paid for a room with nothing to show for it.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Venue promised and couldn't deliver so show got cancelled.

If you are sitting in the lawn be prepared to be uncomfortable in chairs that are very low to the ground, you may experience difficulty getting in or out of the low profile chairs. If you are a large person, you may not fit in these chairs. While normal camp style bag chairs are not permitted because they will obstruct viewing, standing is allowed. I may not be stellar smart, but, even a 4 foot individual standing will obstruct a camp/bag chair. So pissed.
Liked: Layout. VIP bar/bathroom. Well cared for lawn.
Disliked: Too many stairs. Only one way to get to the concessions. Could not see any handicap access. Brought camp chairs. Was told to check them at the gate because they would obstruct view. However the low profile beach style rental chairs are approved. Views obstructed by people standing. Their logic makes no sense.

Liked: Visibility; staff friendliness.

The drive in is too small. There isn't enough room within the grounds for the lines that they had. There wasn't much of a security presence for the type of crowd.
Liked: Pit was a good size.
Disliked: Lack of restroom facilities; huge lines for beer; less security than necessary.
Cate, Virginia Beach
We saw PRETTYMUCH perform at this concert venue. The amphitheater was very nice and clean, yet there was not really enough shade to protect from the sun as it was very hot while we were waiting for the concert to start. All of the people working at the amphitheater were very nice and accommodating.
Liked: The band was very entertaining.
Disliked: Not enough shade to protect the crowd from the heat.
Margaret, Durham
Liked: It was open and not too crowded. It was a nice size and I was able to see the stage clearly.
Chelsea, Asheville
It was great.
Liked: The sound was great.
Disliked: Beer prices.
Cindy, Wilmington
The venue seating was awesome; the view was great; the people were nice; but really at $11.50 for a beer and five dollars for a bottle of water? A little ridiculous.
Liked: The venue itself is awesome, from the seats to your view.
Disliked: $11.50 for a can of beer and five dollars for a bottle of water - really!?
