Liked: Great show! Nice theatre; organized; good concessions. Thank you for a memorable show for what was my Christmas gift to my family! Best part of Chicago...

Liked: Wonderful experience in every way! The staff were extremely friendly and the theatre was beautiful. Phantom of the Opera was superior. We will definitely come back!
Disliked: None.

It was a show related to children, we didn't even get to go! Found out later in the afternoon (after we had checked into our hotel) that children under 3 were NOT allowed. Ridiculous! We were very disappointed and our children were extremly UPSET! Terrible experience.
