The price to rent it, at least at the time was close to incredible. It was about 50$, but I was able to manage a deal with the owner to do a few hours of work for her and rent the grange for free. This work surved to be educational too, as it alowed me to scope out the venue indepth, see the PA and the stage I otherwise personally might not have taken the time to examine. Plus, for 50$, the acoustics are great, the stage is fine, you will probably have to provide your own PA, vary community oreinted area.

Liked: The price, oh lord the price
Disliked: The location, not the best aesthetics
