Obscured vision of stage production was a real drawback for me.

Liked: Sound excellent. Ambience elegant. Refreshment stations numerous and available at all levels.
Disliked: Seats are terraced, not inclined; hence a taller person in front of you may force you to look between heads to see center stage and around the shoulder of the person in front of you in order to see the wings.

Staff very helpful about seating. Can take drinks into theatre. Show started on time. Ornate theatre that has been maintained. First time there and would return.

Disliked: Padded folding chairs leave little room if person next to you is large sized.

A feast for the eyes! Good seats nearly everywhere and the sound was outstanding. We loved the friendliness of everyone from the ushers to the elevator operators. A very positive experience!

We did accidentally enter through the doors that were for the private pre-show party, but the staff there was very polite, and we quickly found the doors that we needed. It was a wonderful evening - the venue is well maintained and beautiful! All of the staff was above-par, and very helpful.

Liked: Venue is beautiful; security guards were awesome (including the ones that had to redirect us); ushers were helpful; bartenders were polite and quick.
Disliked: The doors to the private pre-show party were not marked, so we went in and then had to leave.
