The Aronoff Center is a fantastic venue. There are no "bad" seats. The stage and performers are in full view at all times. The lighting and acoustics are second to none. Getting in and out is easy. This was our first time attending an event at Aronoff and we found the staff to be extremely helpful, pleasant to deal with and patient to answer what I am sure are the same questions over and over again. We just wish there were more smaller events such as the Johnny Mathis concert so we could come back more often.
Liked: We attended a Johnny Matthis concert and enjoyed the experience immensely. It was our first time in this venue but we were impressed with the hall, the acoustics, the ease getting in and out and the staff. It was a perfect experience and a wonderful evening.
Disliked: Nothing was "bad". Some of the seating areas can get close to the wall and it may mean you have to go around to the other end of the row to get to your seat, but this is a very minimal issue.

Be careful what seats you pick. Ask if the view is compromised or are there obstacles to your view.
Liked: The show was spectacular but our seats were a disappointment.
Disliked: Our seats were in the front row of the upper balcony. Not only is the gap between the seats and the wall narrow but dangerous. I had my eight year old grandson with me and I was afraid he might fall over the balcony. Also, the spotlights were fixed to the outer side of the wall and were very much an impediment to our view. I was not happy as this was a first experience for my grandson.

Coming in from out of town and arriving a little early it was nice to be able to enter the theater instead of needing to wait outside in the inclement weather. Staffed elevators waiting at the end of the show.
