Disliked: Seats too high up and you felt like you could fall off.

It was very pleasurable. Nice arena.

Liked: Amenities; food variety; drink variety; clean.

Had to travel from Clearwater to Ft. Lauderdale to see Harry Styles. He is a true performer and made everyone feel welcome and safe. By far the best experience I have ever had. I cried. I laughed. I screamed. 10/10.

Liked: All of it. The venue was clean and the staff was helpful. The artist they let perform was also amazing.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Everything was just beautiful.

Let me say, I have been to many hockey games and this place was full of proud fans who let the team know they were there. Lots of love from the fans for their beloved Panthers. Great entertainment by the staff which included Human Bowling on ice, the Mardi Gras Zamboni full of happy fans that came out and drove around the ice rink. The girls who skated around the ice with large shovels were young and pretty and showed off curvy bodies.

Liked: The seating was very good. Lots of helpful employees around.
Disliked: The prices of every thing were outrageous.

I had a small leather purse with backpack type straps. There were people standing around with a 12x12 sign so you could check the size of your bag. They failed to say that the straps on my purse would prevent me from taking it in. It was the right size, under 12x12, but had straps that would allow me to carry it as a backpack and that made the difference?!? Had to walk it back to the car and hope that there was not someone walking the parking lot because there were a lot of purses being taken back to their cars.

Liked: Show.
Disliked: Security on purses.

No bad seats. I was very disappointed about Meghan Trainor - when I bought the tickets she was supposed to be there. Sounds were great.

Liked: Charlie Puth.
Disliked: No Meghan Trainor.

We had a wonderful experience at BB&T Center.

Liked: Concert was great. It was easy to get into the arena, and find my seat.
Disliked: Everything seemed great and went smoothly.

We had expected a different service, for the price of our ticket. Getting to the 'bar' and returning in 20 minutes was difficult. Chairs were too close to the prior row - we bought tickets for the second row.

Liked: Sound system and light.
Disliked: Rows were to narrow; too long lines to buy something to drink.
