l Dinner – in main restaurant The Terrace – very quiet, few guests but lots of staff. So why was service so slow ? It wasn’t bad or rude or anything but seemed difficult to get anyone’s attention...

l Couldn't fault the food or service; both were excellent. Really tasty goats cheese starters, two perfectly cooked, tender, tasty steaks and a 50cl carafe of delicious Portuguese red to wash it down...
