l I ordered a cocktail on the app and they refused the 2 4 1 cocktails which is advertised everywhere. So I paid £14.50 for one cocktail!!!! Rip off! The staff were so rude. I would avoid.

l Booked a family meal before going to Panto at Playhouse. Looked at reviews, seemed lovely. Difficult to order, paper menu did not have kids options, only on app… had to order at bar. Staff helpful...
