l What a find! We are always looking for something new and Cajun is a novelty in the area. We loved the view from the restaurant. Everything (the course) was beautiful and green outside.

l I love Cajun Food and was excited to try The Bistro. I was not let down, I ordered the Jambalaya and a friend ordered the Gumbo. The flavor was excellent with not too much heat and the after taste...
