l We were on our way for a jazz & dinner evening. We received an email cancelling our booking. No reason was given and we have been unable to contact anyone to ask why! Diabolical!

l Terrible service Rude and threatening staff The so called concierge was aggressive and threatened my wife, considering legal action as we were so distrusted by his conduct. **Avoid this place**
