l Sam was fantastic. I give Banff a hard time because the service never lives up to the prices. Sam was so great and made sure our family was taken care of. He made me believe in customer service again...

l Wow! We did the free distillery tour, it’s a must! Followed by happy hour at the bar. The drinks were outstanding and the bartender Tyson was so great! What a guy!
