l Unbelievable how even in a four-star hotel such poor service can be accepted. I asked for an Aperol spritz with only one ice cube and the worker completely filled the glass and was extremely annoyed...

l Ordered a DDR sandwich and a pulled beef sandwich, together with a starter, which then came with the main course. Tasted like nothing, certainly not worth a visit.
