l The service was very good. Mai, Sebastian, and Ana were kind and attentive. The environment was clean and cozy with a fantastic view of the Thames, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament!

l Great service, beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere. View from the windows was of Big Ben and Parliament. Ana was a good trainer of new staff.
