l I usually stop at the North Laine Fatto a Mano for a super quick espresso after a long hospital shift so chanced my luck that the Preston Circus staff might be just as lovely and kind to tired NHS...

l Ordered via a nearby pub, which had an exclusive deal with Fatto A Mano, food didn't turn up, refund was not provided and complaint not responded to.
