l We've eaten in when it has been available to do so - for lunch with grand-children. Service was Ok; but not great. We've also used the online ordering system which usually doesn't work properly...

l We were in Ottawa to visit our son and he wanted to go to East Side's so we decided to go to this one. There was a 30 min wait but it was actually only ended up being 15 mins as the hostess arranged...
