Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Springfield

The restaurant was equal to those you find in larger cities and just what Central Illinois needs. The wait staff are trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of the restaurant and winery. They boast about their enjoyment of their employment and training which reflects well on management and ownership. The food was divine, and the combinations of flavors were strategically crafted and balanced. A party for the palate. I appreciated that the menu offered wine pairing suggestions for the dish of choice for those of us who are not a trained Sommelier. A casual atmosphere with an uptown feel and flair. I wish we had one closer to where we live but it's worth the drive!
