l Catch steak Aspen is consistently an outstanding restaurant with consistently delicious food, excellent service and a terrific buzz. Always a great meal and always great service.

l Ordered steaks and not one at the table was flavorful or a high quality cut. I think the make it so dark in there so you cannot see lack of marbling on the select cuts they serve. Apps were bad...

l Dinner was great. We had the cowboy steak , creamed spinach , waffle fries, & catch sushi roll. Great vibe with the music & people.
