l Ordered 2 x Lasagne and portion of fries. Lasagne’s both cold, chips were barely warm. Staff were pleasant, although, clearly run off their feet. Absolutely no excuse for cold food.

l What a fantastic night at Carluccio’s Chester thanks to Dave the manager and his team especially Ben. We had a table of 14 and the service and food was amazing nothing was too much trouble well done...

l Food was great catered well for gluten free diet for one of the group the waitress was working so hard and still very friendly and efficient thank you
