l One word - Baltic! Everyone was wearing winter jackets, scarfs & beanies IN the restaurant, I kid you not, it was colder in the restaurant than outside and outside it was -4. Complained to staff...

l Shocking service with staff behaving like it's a hangout with friends. Servers didn't seem to know the menu & whilst apologetic on our feedback only took 1 dish off the bill despite 70% being left...
