l Waited 40 minutes and order was not served even though they were only few customers. Free refill for my lemonade was not offered which is a custom at Boston Pizza

l I ordered a bowl - bowl was missing 80% of the food - spoke to manager who said refund on its way (by the way food was gross and went into garbage can) - days later still no refund - Crooks! Stay...
