l While waiting for our check-in at a Disney Resort, our family decided to try Benihana for dinner ... even without reservations. We had to wait about 10 minutes, but we were seated fairly quickly...

l Terrible do not eat here at all….waited an hour past our reservation time. Every employee including the manager should seek employment elsewhere as the lack of customer service seemed surprising

l Beware if you have allergies - we called ahead and spoke to the staff who told us no worries they can work with food allergies. They even stated they spoke to the chef who said no problem. Well...
