l Automatic 20percent gratuity. All to the owner. Do they pay wages and then give my 20 percent to the staff. Yes , our server was great but I don't know if he was properly compensated.

l Service was fantastic. Food was very good. Parking is limited. I found a spot each time we went but it was tough. Their sweet potato fries were delicious
