l Bar Milano is my favourite bar in Berlin. Drinks are great, food (small bites) is always delicious. Staff is also amazing and always stops by for a quick chat.

l Unreasonable, aggressive and threatening owner. Not the way to treat paying customers, and definitely not the way to attract and retain customers.
