l I have always had to wait to visit Florida to have some good Cuban food, but I don’t have to do that anymore. The food at Amador’s is very good, the service is good and the atmosphere is relaxing.

l I was not impressed at all. As a Latino, I felt the lechon asado was very dry. It was more of shredded pork and the chicharron was the one you buy at Kroger, pork rinds. Not the chicharron I grew up...
