Good property, excellent staff. Zürich...

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Kenita in the 1st floor restaurant serving breakfast. The food at the White Elephant restaurant.

Liked: The staff and location are exceptional. Also the breakfast is very good. Overall room condition is good.
Disliked: A lot of basic amenities are on free request basis. Although I have not requested anything, it may be nicer to add some more items to the room on the first day then on request basis later. Also I think the room is quite cluttered especially with added baby cot and luggages. Shower screen needs fixing because it is hard and very loud to move.
