Stayed here for holiday. Safe...

Liked: Very well connected to tram station. Nearby good restaurants and very quiet area. Staff was very helpful in getting us taxi. Would recommend this to friends and family visiting Zurich

Disliked: Didn’t know that we have to pay extra tax as tourist

Liked: Good location in the center of Zürich.
Disliked: Noisy, construction site in the backyard. Dusty rooms.

Nice location and clean room

Liked: Great location - right across Tram lines which made it really easy to navigate the city with a baby Room had enough space to fit two adults, baby and luggage.Shower was really good too
Disliked: Pillows were on the flat side, which was uncomfortable to us

Liked: The staff were friendly, everywhere was clean and it's in a very convenient location to get everywhere we wanted to go
Disliked: The room was very warm and we left the window open to keep it cool for the whole stay as the air conditioning was off for the winter season. They only provide powdered creamer for tea and coffee.
