Zero wifi and appalling staff...

Liked: The room is small but quite adequate. My overall poor score is due to the dismissive and dishonest approach of the staff and management about the complete lack of wifi. I was given the run around by various staff for over an hour before being put in telephonic touch with the Manager who basically informed there that there is no wifi, they're not going to do anything about it and I should just shut up and accept it as the wifi is free anyway.
Disliked: The dishonesty and runaround I was given by staff and management about the lack of wifi. I was first told it was my phone, then I was sent to my room with a promise that someone would come fix it. Then is was told there was nothing they could do and that the reception also had zero wifi. Eventually the manager told me to get lost, he was not going to do anything and I should stop complaining as the wifi was free anyway. Atrocious service.

Liked: Good Hotel next to the motorway. I stayed only one night, friendly staff, easy parking. Convenient for a one-night-stop.

Disliked: The place is totaly not comfy.People at the desk they get nervous if you can't speak German!Rooms are not with air condictioning and not clean.
