Liked: Got an upgrade to a 6th floor room - which was clean & spacious. I was told at check in that this included daily access to the spa at their sister hotel. Turns out it was maybe only once for a 6 day stay - not worth 120euro extra really. Smart bathroom light was a bit slow to turn off

Liked: Rooms were good, and there was a bit of confusion with the booking but staff are great and resolved with no issue. I think gentlemans name was Mina at front desk, he is a real gem! Hotel looked clean.
Disliked: Restaurant - breakfast very good, lots of choices.However, we had dinner once and would never go back. We ordered pizza and it was the worst pizza i ever had. It was swimming in oil! Bar staff - very unprofessional! We asked for some ice (few cubes) and barman said they dont have enough and told us to go and get ice from the shop! This was shocking customer service to me! Paying more than €220 a night and this is what staff is telling you! Even if you don’t have enough, i guess few ice cubes would not do a big harm. Needs training on customer service and satisfaction.

Liked: Staff is very kind and helpful , clean, spacious rooms, location very good, not so far away from some of the most popular attractions. This hotel has a positive vibe.
Disliked: Everything was OK, except, maybe breakfast was not so diverse. You will not be hungry but, maybe, for the hotel which leaves so good impression you just expect a bit more.

very good and honest choice

Liked: A very good hotel. What makes the difference is the staff and especially Ramon who provides solutions to all problems.It has parking and a metro station very close by. The seafront is a few minutes walk away and the center of Barcelona is a 30-minute walk away.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms should be improved. The cleaning staff spends little time in each room, resulting in them only doing the basics. I would also like more variety and a change of flavors at breakfast.
