Liked: Close to John Felice Rome Center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: It was warm in the room, and I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioning working correctly.

The HOTEL ZONE was great...

Liked: The room was very large with two beds, a twin and queen size. I slept in the queen bed and it was very comfortable. The restaurant was on the premises and was very good. The food was good and the service was excellent. I took a taxi to the bus terminal and caught a Hop On-Hop Off tour. The hotel clerk was very helpful. She called the taxi, set up my bus tour, printed my ticket and wrote out instructions for me. She was an excellent hostess!
Disliked: The hotel was amazing! Just remember it is not close to downtown attractions and shopping. A 40-minute taxi was needed but the ride was fascinatingly beautiful. I would stay here again.
